What kind of product it is — e.g. 'Home appliance / air treatment'.
Every spec you have, separated by semicolons or new lines. Anything you leave out is listed as 'Not specified'.
How it should read — e.g. 'Technical — dense spec tables, minimal marketing language' or 'Sales-facing — benefit-led, plain words'.
Takes about half a minute: the sheet is written first, then the PDF is made.

What the builder will and won’t do
- It uses only the text you type — no web search, no filling in figures from similar products.
- Missing fields are printed under “Details not supplied” rather than left blank or guessed.
- Units are copied exactly as you write them, so write them the way you want them printed.
- Semicolons or new lines both work as separators in the key details box.
